Nothing says "launch" like a press release hitting the trade publications around the world.  Here we are in Rental Equipment Register's weekly online newsletter which hit this morning.

DES MOINES, Iowa. (Jan. 31, 2008) — Des Moines-based RentalMetrics has hired Paul Gratton as Research Engineer.

Prior to being involved with RentalMetrics, Gratton was a Software Quality Engineer for John Deere, testing GPS guidance systems for agricultural equipment. At Deere, Gratton worked with farmers to field-test new products.

Gratton received his bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, and his Master's in Public Administration at Drake University in Des Moines.
