Reliability Matters

Guywatchingplanetakeofftravel If anyone has been following the American Airlines fiasco (or been caught up in it) you know the importance of product and service reliability.

Why is it that the customer feels the most pain in these situations?

At RentalMetrics we believe a new model is developing. It’s a model of connectivity. It’s a model of unfettered uptime. It takes the unpredictability out of high-quality consulting, and puts the power in the hands of the customer.

We believe the emerging mode of delivery for consulting is through an Online Interactive Learning Environment (ILE). Sure, we could be sleeping in an airport right now, late for our next consulting gig, but instead we’re developing a library of multi-media content and developing coursework that can be directly applied to your business.

If you’re located next door, or across the world, it doesn’t matter; RentalMetrics is available online. Through forums, articles, webinars...phone AND video conferencing, we add value by helping you run your construction/equipment rental company smarter and more efficiently.

As we put the finishing touches on our ILE we’re keeping in mind the hard lessons learned from American Airlines. We want to eliminate our customer’s pain and frustration by reliably delivering what we promised. No hotel rooms.  No food vouchers.  No weather delays.  No excuses.
